Locust Point’s Domino Sugar refinery is sprucing up its exterior to help fit into this increasingly trendy residential neighborhood. ASR Group, the company’s parent, said Tuesday that it is unveiling a number of improvements to the perimeter of its 24-acre Locust Point property. The 94-year-old plant employs 620 people.
