Atlas Restaurant Group, the team behind Ouzo Bay and Loch Bar, has entered into an agreement to partner on the Bagby Restaurant Group’s Fleet Street Kitchen and Ten Ten American Bistro to relaunch the spaces with new concepts in early 2017.
