Baltimore-area home sales continued to increase last month, reaching an 10-year high for the month of October. At the same time, the median sales price increased 7.7 percent year-over-year to $253,000, the highest level for the month since 2007, according to data released Thursday by ShowingTime based on data from MRIS.
