Videology files for bankruptcy, plans to sell assets

Videology has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection and entered a deal to sell its assets to the advertising technology arm of a Singapore-based telecommunications company. The video advertising firm filed Chapter 11 Thursday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, as first reported by the Wall Street Journal.
