Cured may be the newest restaurant in Columbia, one of Maryland’s best-known suburbs, but owner Steve Wecker is focused on making it a destination for the urban set. “We want this to be a place where people leave Baltimore and Washington to come here rather than the alternative,” Wecker said recently.
