Tradepoint Atlantic has purchased the last available parcel of land at Sparrows Point — the storied 150-acre shipyard. The acquisition of the Sparrows Point Shipyard and Industrial Complex from Barletta Industries boosts the acreage of the $1 billion redevelopment to 3,250 acres and adds additional berth and 225,000 square feet of warehouse space to the massive project, officials said Monday. The sale price was undisclosed. JLL, charged with leasing the Tradepoint Atlantic site, brokered the deal.…
