A local couple is launching a new Goddard School — an upscale early childhood education center — in Canton. The Goddard School will be located at 1000 S. Highland Ave., the space that used to belong to ship supply store R.S. Stern. R.S. Stern, one of the oldest companies in the Baltimore area, moved in mid-January to a new space in Rosedale at 8951 Yellow Brick Rd., according to an employee at the company. Mary and Jim Wolfarth, two Baltimore residents, are franchising the new Goddard location.…
