A new report shows Baltimore is the third best city for women who want careers in the technology industry — again. Personal finance company SmartAsset released its annual report examining 58 of the largest cities in the country and ranking them based on gender pay gap in tech fields, income after housing costs, women as a percentage of the tech workforce and four-year tech employment growth.
