Notre Dame of Maryland University is selling its president's residence in Homeland

Notre Dame of Maryland University is listing its president’s residence in Homeland for $1.685 million, just over five years after acquiring the property. The private liberal arts college purchased the 7,800-square-foot Georgian home near its North Baltimore campus in late 2012 for $1.58 million, tax records show. The last three Notre Dame presidents — James F. Conneely, Joan Develin Coley and current head Marylou Lam — have lived in the property. It was acquired during Conneely’s tenure. After…
