Mount Vernon's Hotel Revival unveils two dining concepts, including a rooftop bar

This spring will bring a new rooftop bar and restaurant for Baltimoreans looking to enjoy the warmer weather with a view. Mount Vernon’s soon-to-open Hotel Revival on Monday unveiled Topside, a year-round restaurant and bar on the roof of its 14-story building, as part of two dining concepts planned for the boutique hotel.
