The McDonogh School has named David J. Farace, a 1987 graduate of the private PreK-12 school in Owings Mills, as its next headmaster. Farace’s appointment is effective July 1, 2019. He will become the 13th headmaster of the 144-year-old co-ed school, replacing Charles W. Britton who announced his retirement last February. Britton has been in the job since July 2007. Farace is currently head of school at the Bolles School, a college preparatory and boarding institution in Jacksonville, Florida.…
