David Gillece is stepping down as head of Baltimore’s Cushman & Wakefield office after 14 years at the helm. The company has named Peter Stanford, a 25-year veteran of the company, as its new managing principal in Baltimore. The office has more than 140 employees, including 49 brokers who completed more than $2.1 billion in transactions in 2017.
