2,100 acres in Baltimore renewed for state Enterprise Zone tax credits

A 2,100-acre swath of Baltimore has been re-upped for state tax credits under the Enterprise Zone program. Maryland economic development officials said Wednesday the Carroll-Camden enterprise zone focus area had recently been re-designated in the zone alongside the communities of Central West, Holabird-Orangeville, Jones Falls and the historic, blighted Old Town area in East Baltimore.
