This Chevy Chase developer just bought a D.C. home for $6.1M. Now he’s selling his Potomac mansion.

The Maryland home of a Washington developer who recently paid $6.1 million for a house in D.C.’s Kalorama neighborhood has hit the market. Laurence Siegel, the retired CEO of Chevy Chase-based The Mills Corp. (NYSE: MLS), and his wife, Lisa, have listed their Potomac residence for $5.295 million, after buying an 8,500-square-foot home at 2425 Tracy Place NW in June, near the Obamas, Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner, and other high-profile neighbors.
