If you’re looking to take in local arts and culture on your next summer vacation, Baltimore may not be a bad option. That’s the word from Resonance Consultancy, which ranked the Baltimore region No. 17 among the top 20 cities for arts and culture tourism. New York came in first in that category, and Washington, D.C. came in ninth.
