Maryland Senate overrides Hogan's paid sick leave veto; changes to become law

A measure requiring Maryland employers to provide sick days for their workers will become law. State senators voted 30 to 17 on Friday to override Gov. Larry Hogan’s veto of the Maryland Healthy Working Families Act, which the General Assembly first passed last year.
