More details on Maryland’s $5 billion incentive package for Montgomery County will be coming out early next week, Gov. Larry Hogan said at a press conference Thursday. In light of Amazon’s inclusion of Montgomery County on its shortlist of 20 finalists for its second headquarters, Hogan said he will submit a bill to the General Assembly laying out details of the tax incentives and “all of the proposed things” that are part of Maryland’s package.
