Downtown Partnership spent $30K for private security during holidays to quell crime fears

Additional private security officers hired to roam Downtown Baltimore over the holiday season cost business owners and retailers about $30,000. That’s the tally from the Downtown Partnership of Baltimore, which hired 15 officers a day from Wolf Professional Security in Owings Mills for about two weeks.
