Baltimore is not on Amazon.com’s list of 20 finalists for its second North American headquarters released Thursday. Most of the major cities that were speculated as possible locations are the on the list including Boston, Denver, New York and Philadelphia. Three jurisdictions nearby to Baltimore also are included: Washington, D.C., Northern Virginia and Montgomery County.
