The executive sous chef of the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront Hotel has a new line to add to his resume: winner of “Beat Bobby Flay.” Chef Kiran Patnam bested the celebrity chef in an episode of the Food Network cooking competition that aired Thursday night. It was the culmination of years of vying for a spot on the show. Patnam, who completed his training at the Culinary Academy of India and moved to the U.S. in 2008, said he sent in his first application to compete on “Beat Bobby Flay” in 2013.…
