Sales at Jos. A. Bank continued to decline in the second quarter but not as rapidly as they did the year before. Net sales fell 6.3 percent to $174.3 million for the Hampstead-based men’s retailer in the quarter ending July 29. That’s an improvement from the decline in the same quarter last year, when sales slipped 16.1 percent. Comparable sales increased 7.8 percent due to an increase in transactions and units per transaction, parent company Houston-based Tailored Brands Inc. reported late Thursday.…
