Chef Ted Stelzenmuller, who owns the soon-to-close Jack’s Bistro in Canton, is putting the restaurant up for sale. Stelzenmuller announced in July that he will be closing the decade-old bistro to focus on a new venture, Blair’s on Hudson, which he plans to open a few blocks away at 2822 Hudson St. He confirmed this week that he’s also hoping to sell the Jack’s Bistro business.
