The state of Virginia has entered into an agreement to sell the 78-acre Northern Virginia Training Center to Erickson Living, which will redevelop it as an age-restricted retirement community. This will be the second community for Catonsville-based Erickson in Fairfax County, joining Greenspring in Springfield.
