Washington, D.C.-based Mediterranean restaurant chain Cava is expanding again, this time into three new markets: Boston; Charlotte, North Carolina; and Austin, Texas in early 2018. Cava is opening a total of 20 new fast-casual restaurants as part of the expansion push in the new markets, as well as ones where it currently operates — Los Angeles, the greater New York City area and Greater Washington.
