Baltimore startup Snag-A-Slip has raised $4.8 million to ramp up sales and marketing and develop new product features. Claritas Capital led the Series A financing round for the online boat slip reservation company. TCP Venture Capital, Towne Park Founder Jerry South and the Abell Foundation also participated.
