Baltimore Running Festival finish line moves to Inner Harbor in push for more out-of-towners

The Baltimore Running Festival is moving its finish line to the Inner Harbor this year in a bid to lure more out-of-towners back to the event. Since its start in 2001, the annual festival has ended between Orioles Park at Camden Yards and M&T Bank Stadium, after taking runners on a loop around some of the city’s major sights. But when the race returns this year on Oct. 21, it will end instead on Pratt and Light streets, funneling participants and their supporters toward shops and restaurants…
