Christopher Daniel, and the accompanying martini bar, Five — long-time hangouts on Padonia Road in Timonium — have closed their doors. The restaurant, run by chef and owner Christopher Ellis, closed all its social media accounts and disconnected the phone lines. Signs posted on both Christopher Daniel and Five on Friday said the spaces were closed for a private event, but the blinds were drawn and no lights were on.
