Bon Secours starts $22M expansion of New Shiloh affordable housing complex

Bon Secours Baltimore Health System has started work on a new affordable housing apartment complex as part of an expansion to its New Shiloh Village in West Baltimore. The 73-unit, four-story building broke ground earlier this month and is scheduled to open in July 2018, said George Kleb, director of development for Bon Secours.
