A 10-foot wall is the only thing separating a parking lot next to the Holiday Inn Baltimore Inner Harbor and Eutaw Street. For many guests, the wall wasn’t enough when a steam pipe exploded Tuesday night, injuring five people and damaging nearby buildings and cars.
