Work on a $50 million Guinness brewery and tap room in Relay is ramping up this month in preparation for a grand opening next summer. Local contractor Plano-Coudon has been tapped by Diageo Beer Co. USA (NYSE: DEO) to build the brewery that is expected to attract 300,000 visitors annually, the company said Tuesday.
