Canton's Fork & Wrench hires new executive chef

Canton’s Fork & Wrench has a new executive chef as owners Jason Sanchez and Andy Gruver have brought a Maryland native back to the state to run the kitchen. Corey Laub, who worked most recently at Chicago gastropub Nova, started as executive chef at Fork & Wrench last week. He takes over for Ben Sawyer, who left the Canton restaurant for an opportunity in Washington, D.C. Laub, 26, is a Columbia native who moved back to Maryland this summer.
