Stevenson University is nearing a final agreement to acquire the former Rosewood Hospital Center site in Owings Mills, a deal that has been more than seven years in the making with the state. Under the deal, Stevenson will purchase 117 of the 178 acres at the former state-run institution for the developmentally disabled.
