Roland Park's historic water tower restoration gets going

A redevelopment of the historic water tower in Roland Park is set to begin within 45 days. Mary Page Michel, chair of the Roland Park Community Foundation that is funding a portion of the project, said the long-awaited project is outlined in a memorandum of understanding sent to the nonprofit foundation this week by the city.
