The Baltimore-D.C. area is seeing its first layoffs related to Nestle USA’s shift away from direct store delivery. The consumer packaged goods giant on Monday filed a notice of mass layoff that would affect 69 workers at the Nestle Dreyer’s Ice Cream Company in Laurel.
