Guinness is kicking off its second year in Baltimore County with a nationwide release. The Relay brewery, which marked its first anniversary in August, will send Over the Moon milk stout to stores across the country in November. Taproom regulars will be familiar with the brew, which was called “Guinness milk stout” before brewery officials decided to can the beer and release it to a wider public.
