Merritt Properties has tapped CBRE to lead leasing at its planned 20-story tower on the Southeast Baltimore waterfront. The 200,000-square-foot building at 34501 Boston St. in Canton will sit atop multiple levels of garage parking and 9,000 square feet of street-level retail.
