The 1,000-acre Greenleigh at Crossroads development near White Marsh will get a new landmark this week. A 20-foot brushed metal sculpture with two intertwined wings is set to be dedicated on Wednesday in memory of the late Baltimore County Executive Kevin Kamenetz, who pushed to turn the barren woodlands off Interstate 95 into a mixed-use community with 2,000 residential units, office space and retail.
