Despite rain on Saturday and Sunday, Artscape 2018 still had a relatively healthy turnout of attendees across the three days of the free outdoor arts festival. Friday, the first day of the annual summer concert, brought out massive crowds. With sunny skies, temperatures in the mid- to high-80s and rain forecasted for the rest of the weekend, many took advantage of the good weather.
