Local Oyster, former Wit & Wisdom chef to open seafood restaurant at Hampden's Whitehall Mill

The team behind The Local Oyster is partnering with former Wit & Wisdom executive chef Zachary Mills to bring a seafood restaurant to Hampden’s Whitehall Mill development.
