Good morning and happy Monday Baltimore! It’s going to be a wet and rainy week, so brace yourselves now. Most of the state is already under flash flood watches and flood warnings as rain is expected to continue from this weekend. Artscape was rained out and closed early Saturday evening, and flooding from storms also caused parts of the Light Rail track to erode. Service on the rail will be temporarily suspended between Patapsco to Cromwell and BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport stations as repairs…
