Ellsworth Place, a five-story retail center in Silver Spring, has sold to Brentwood, Tennessee-based GBT Realty Corp. for $92 million, and the new owner has also acquired the rights to build it up. GBT, with partners Equity Resource Investments and Avente Financial Group, now owns not only the 350,000-square-foot shopping center but also the air rights to construct 250,000 square feet of office above it.
