Under Armour internal investigation finds 'no impropriety' by Plank for Port Covington

An investigation conducted by members of Under Armour Inc.’s board of directors and an outside law firm recently concluded that CEO Kevin Plank did not act improperly when the company bought land from his private real estate arm. The four-month review took place as a result of a letter by attorney Eric Zagar on behalf of Scott King, an Under Armour shareholder, and is the second one determining Under Armour and Plank did nothing wrong.
