Businesses hit hard by Ellicott City flood are eligible for a $10K grant

Nicholas Johnson knows $10,000 will hardly cover the losses his Su Casa store suffered when a flash flood swept through Elicott City Main Street on Memorial Day weekend. But every bit helps as he and other businesses try to carry on after the May 27 flood — the second devastating flood in two years.
