“Boo’d Up” singer Ella Mai will headline this year’s AFRAM Festival, a free event celebrating African-American music and culture. The festival is scheduled for Aug. 11-12 at Druid Hill Park and will also feature performances from singer/songwriter Jacquees, R&B group Dru Hill, “The Voice” contestant Davon Fleming and gospel singer Vashawn Mitchell, according to Mayor Catherine Pugh’s office. Mai’s hit has become one of the songs of the summer, hitting No. 5 on the Billboard charts over the weekend.…
