Why Spike Gjerde nixed a steakhouse concept for Parts & Labor, and more on the restaurant's relaunch

Parts & Labor, the restaurant and butcher shop in Remington, will roll out a more laid-back vibe, new hours and cheaper prices starting this week. The eatery at 2600 N.
