Developer ditches retail in redevelopment by Westfield Montgomery Mall

Developer Foulger-Pratt is advancing amended plans to replace the former Ourisman Ford dealership across from the Westfield Montgomery Mall in Bethesda with a 12-story, roughly 340-unit apartment building — now with no retail.
