Philips, the Dutch health technology conglomerate, has acquired a Baltimore startup to help boost its radiology business. Terms of the deal for Analytical Informatics Inc. were not disclosed. Analytical Informatics was founded out of the University of Maryland, Baltimore in 2011, based on technology licensed from the School of Medicine.
