First Guaranty Mortgage Corp. is laying off 82 workers at its offices in Frederick, the company confirmed Tuesday. A layoff notice filed with the Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation dated Nov. 27 states that the employees will be laid off by Jan. 31, 2018.
