Chuck Donofrio, CEO of Carton Donofrio Partners, once one of Baltimore’s largest advertising agencies, died on Sunday in Towson after a long illness. He was 62. Donofrio, born Harold Charles Donofrio Jr. in Baltimore, led Carton Donofrio for 17 years, stepping down in 2010 to battle early onset Alzheimer’s disease.
