Former Owings Mills Mall to be replaced with $108M open-air shopping and dining destination

A $108 million open-air development on the former site of the Owings Mills Mall will break ground in early 2018, with Costco officially inked as the anchor tenant. The project, known as Mill Station, will total 575,000 square feet. Up to 30 retailers and restaurants are expected as tenants, developer Kimco Realty said at a press conference on the site Tuesday.
